1. OUR COMMITMENT

Triset Ltd (Company No. 17116041) is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms — within our business and across our supply chains. We have zero tolerance for slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships.

2. ABOUT THIS STATEMENT

This statement is made under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. While Triset's turnover is currently below the statutory threshold requiring publication, we voluntarily publish this statement because our enterprise clients and partners increasingly require ethical-trading commitments from their suppliers — and because it reflects how we already operate.

3. OUR BUSINESS

Triset is a UK-based IT field services company providing network installation, desktop and end-user support, IT dispatch and secure IT asset disposal across the United Kingdom. Our workforce consists of directly engaged staff and vetted self-employed subcontractors, all operating in the UK under UK employment law protections.

4. RISK ASSESSMENT

Our risk exposure is assessed as low: our operations are UK-based, our workforce is skilled and directly contracted, and our supply chain is short — principally IT hardware suppliers, erasure software providers, and authorised waste treatment facilities. However, we recognise risks may exist in lower-tier supply chains (e.g., component manufacturing, logistics) and in the wider waste-processing sector, and we take the steps below to mitigate them.

5. DUE DILIGENCE & STEPS TAKEN

• All subcontractors and employees are vetted: identity, right to work in the UK, and references verified before engagement
• Subcontractor agreements explicitly prohibit modern slavery and require compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015
• We hold evidence of our subcontractors' own insurance and business legitimacy
• We work only with established, reputable suppliers and authorised treatment facilities
• Any concern raised regarding slavery or trafficking will be investigated immediately and, where required, reported to the authorities; workers have a protected route to raise concerns directly to Triset's founder
• Staff and subcontractors are made aware that modern slavery includes forced labour, debt bondage, document retention and restrictions on freedom of movement

6. TRAINING & AWARENESS

Our leadership maintains awareness of modern slavery risks and indicators through published guidance (including gov.uk resources) and will extend awareness training to staff and subcontractors as the business grows.

7. EFFECTIVENESS & REVIEW

As a small enterprise we do not currently use formal KPIs; our effectiveness is measured through direct oversight of our workforce and supply chain, zero reported incidents, and annual review of this statement by the company founder. Any breach by a subcontractor will result in immediate termination of engagement.

8. APPROVAL

This statement was approved by the director of Triset Ltd and will be reviewed annually.
